Book your TaskRabbit support
Our kits are designed to be put together with just a screwdriver, but if you need support or just don't have the time then please book a TaskRabbit 'handyman' to help with the installation. Our VanLab kits are assembled much like flat-pack furniture such as IKEA is assembled, so any TaskRabbit support that has experience with this will be able to help you.

'Select 'Furniture Assembly' when you land on the TaskRabbit website, then enter your address. Make sure to book your handyman for a date AFTER you have scheduled your delivery date, this will mean you are guaranteed to have the kit ready to go when they arrive to install.

'Select 'Other Furniture Items' and then the 'Large' task of 4+ hours. The task will also not need a car so select 'Not needed for Task'. Then just copy and paste the below into the description box and choose your local handyman.
"The task is to put together a flat-pack furniture conversion kit for a van. This task only requires an electric screwdriver and is the same process as putting together IKEA furniture using screws and plywood except that this will go inside my van. I will send an installation manual ahead of time so you can see more info on the job and quote accurately, however the normal installation time is approximately 6-10 hours for 1 person, 4-6 hours for 2 people. Please send across your email so I can share with you the installation manual prior to arrival.
Select the date and time for your handyman and confirm your booking. At this stage if you don't have an account you can set this up and add your billing information. Then you are FINISHED!
The kits are quick and easy to install but depending on how handy you are with an electric screwdriver will depend on your speed of progress. On average the below amount of total time will be needed, some people spread this over a couple of days and some people hammer through it, some people do it alone, some with a friend. You do you!
