Our Ford Transit Passenger Kit is designed for two people to comfortably travel, relax, cook, and sleep, all while maintaining a bright, open walkthrough layout. Unlike traditional fixed-bed builds, this versatile dinette-style design maximizes usable space throughout the day, giving you the flexibility to switch seamlessly between living, dining, and sleeping.
At the rear of the van, you’ll find our thoughtfully designed galley-style kitchen, optimized for both indoor and outdoor use. The kitchen features a pre-cut fridge opening sized perfectly for a Dometic CFX3-35, along with a dedicated sink locker compatible with the TORVA 13” x 15” RV Sink with foldable Faucet. With space for up to 12 gallons of fresh and grey water, plus over 15ft³ of kitchen storage, everything you need for cooking on the road is within easy reach. The bench height is set below the window line, providing a comfortable working height while preserving uninterrupted views outside.
The integrated fold-up rear table transforms the kitchen into a functional horseshoe-shaped workspace, perfect for meal prep or socializing, while still maintaining easy access through the rear doors. Inside, the living area features opposing bench seats designed for two people, with a clean walkthrough layout that makes moving through the van effortless. This design also creates a continuous storage corridor of nearly 10 feet when the bed is stowed.
The seating area quickly converts into a spacious bed (80" L x 60" W) by simply lowering the table—no complex setup required. The bed platform runs north-to-south along the van, offering a comfortable sleeping arrangement without sacrificing daytime living space. Built-in bedside storage on both sides keeps essentials like your phone, keys, and wallet within easy reach, while integrated USB and USB-C chargers let you power up overnight.
Under the benches, you’ll find an impressive 27ft³ of storage, typically used for housing your electrical system while still leaving room for personal gear. Powering your setup is the VanLab Integrated Wiring Loom, a complete plug-and-play solution that allows you to charge your leisure battery while driving and run essential components like your fridge, water pump, and roof fan. Designed with simplicity in mind, all wiring is pre-labeled, pre-terminated, and compatible with both lithium and lead-acid systems, as well as solar and external charging options (with additional components).

Our engineering approach is rooted in Poka-Yoke principles—meaning every part is intuitive, clearly labeled, and designed to install the right way, every time.
All of our kits are constructed from premium 9-ply ½” Baltic Birch plywood, carefully selected to deliver exceptional strength and durability while keeping overall weight to a minimum.
