Ram Promaster 159" Crew

Our Promaster 159” CREW kit is the perfect solution for family travel. Designed with an allowance to fit a second row of seats (with seat belts), a compact kitchen with fridge and water storage, a comfortable living space, a raised East/West bed and a large garage storage section. This variant offers the flexibility of travel for 4, sleeping for 2 and 70ft³ of garage storage.

To facilitate travel for 4 people, a 45” clearance is allowed between the driver's seat and kitchen. We then combine a two cabinet kitchen area with the compact East/West bed. The kitchen area features a fridge compartment behind the driver's seat and a water storage and sink locker. The main kitchen bench height is 35” for comfort while cooking standing up, with a lowered front section (32”) for table accessibility with after market swivel seats.

Our kit includes a East/West raised bed configuration (72.5" Long x 52" Wide) situated atop a 70ft³ garage section. The tall garage section has been designed specifically for adventure and family gear, with a large central area that easily stores mountain bikes (upright & front wheel removed). On each side, we feature 9 storage lockers for all your gear and a tunnel through to the front living section for storage of longer items (such as surfboards and camping awnings).

Our kits are designed for quick assembly and engineered for DIY installation, so you can get going in no time! What’s our secret? We use 3D vehicle laser scans for every vehicle we work on, and the best 3D parametric design software on the market. Our lead engineers learned these skills while working at the peak of the automotive and aeronautical industries; one from McLaren designing supercars and one from Sikorsky designing helicopters.

We follow Poka-Yoke principles (mistake-proof design), inspired by the precision of automotive production lines. Just like a square peg in a square hole, every part is clearly labeled and engineered to fit perfectly in its designated spot. ALL our kits are made using the finest 9-ply ½” Baltic Birch Plywood, crafted to maximize durability versus cheaper alternatives whilst keeping weight to a minimum.
